Bearing with secondary sealing

 

PTFE seat :

Solid design in compliance with DIN 3354, part 5, protects against diffusion,

Fully lined, guarantees tight shut-off to the shaft and the flanges.

 

Elastomer spring element :

Elastic ring made of EPDM or silicone, which is exactly fitted behind the PTFE-seat

 

PFA-coated disc :

Stainless steel disc with transfer-moulded solid PFA-coating (thickness: min. 3mm)

 

Split body :

Length DIN 3202-K1, wearing parts can be easily replaced

 

Primary seal :

Integrated in the seat, a cavity-free, stable sealing to the outside

(pressed in with the spring thrust bearing)
